To Donate to the Medill Innocence Project

Funding for The Medill Innocence Project comes entirely from individual donors and a generous gift from the Alphawood Foundation.

The Medill Innocence Project is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions to the project are fully deductible for federal income tax purposes.

You can donate to the Medill Innocence Project in two ways:

1. On-line tax-deductible contribution online:

Go to Northwestern University’s On-Line Gift Page. Under “My Designation,” enter “Investigative Journalism/The Innocence Project” and the amount of your gift. Complete the remaining steps and review your gift.

2. Make a tax-deductible contribution by check made payable to Northwestern University with “The Medill Innocence Project” in the note section of the check and mail it to the following address:
